Shauna Schmeisser is licensed in New York and Arizona and works directly with every client. Consultations, document preparation, review, and revisions happen remotely. Once your documents are ready, we provide a signing instruction packet so you can arrange an in-person signing near you.

Shauna prepares your documents, explains how they work together, and answers your questions. We make any needed revisions before preparing your final signing packet.
Sign Locally
Arrange a local signing and sign your final documents in ink, with witnesses and a notary as required for each document. Your packet explains who needs to attend and where to sign. Return the signed documents to us for review as directed.

You can work with us by phone or video for consultations, document review, and revisions. When your documents are ready, you arrange an in-person signing near you with the witnesses and notary specified in your signing packet.
How will I know what to do at signing?
We provide a signing instruction packet tailored to your documents. It explains who must attend, how to choose witnesses, where signatures and initials are needed, and how to return the signed documents for review. Contact us before signing if anything is unclear.
What does it cost with my legal insurance?
